Your site must NOT be about anything with hentia, porn, inappropriate
stuff, whatever. That is not insane that is just sick and nasty.
This kind of insane is the nice, eccentric kind.
2. No under construction sites, unless you really are going to
work on it in this millennium. Believe me its happened before.
3. Make sure you put the link on your site once you join. I
will be looking. >.>
4. Be insane ^^
